A few days ago I went to see the Nicola Formichetti pop up store located on Walker street Tribeca - I'm not gonna lie, as soon as I walked into the store I felt like I had gone to heaven! The store itself "is a faceted, robotic, mirrored chapel that, throughmillions of reflections, produces a stunning environment to view fashion in surprising new ways".
Vintage Versace, Chris Habana, Marianna Harutunian (the creator of the infamous 'Judas' crown of thorns) as well as a large selection of Haus of Gaga designs to name a few. I also had a love for Nicola's own panda designed iPhone and iPad covers which were super cute!
The store is open till the 21st September so I highly recommend you check it out if you haven't already, I got to meet Nicola who was insanely down to earth and friendly - I admit, I squealed and was insanely high when I saw him and chatted. Entering Nicola Formichetti's pop up store was like entering a little slice of Lady Gaga's world; there was Mugler pieces, all one offs as well as pieces Gaga has worn herself!
